Privacy Policy
At LinkPilot AI, we prioritize user privacy. This Privacy Policy details the metrics, coordinates, permissions, and data security standards we enforce when you deploy our Chrome extension, access our analytics dashboard, or relay outreach emails.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Registration Details: When creating a Free Beta account, we store your full name, email address, password hash ciphers, and professional profile bio parameters (skills, current job description, portfolio links, etc.).
- SMTP Relays Credentials: To send emails from the dashboard, you can connect an SMTP configuration. These passwords/keys are encrypted before storage. We never store raw plain-text credentials.
- Google Sheets Integration Data: If you authorize our Google Sheets integration, we securely request and store encrypted Google OAuth tokens. We only read and write data to spreadsheets you explicitly connect or create through our dashboard. We do not access, view, or modify any other files in your Google Drive.
- Analytics Logs: We track total AI requests count, emails sent, comments drafted, and WhatsApp messages generated to populate dashboard charts.
- Extension Permissions: The Chrome Extension requests host permissions for
https://*.linkedin.com/*to read post content and inject assistant buttons. It does not scrape password databases or private DM folders.
2. How We Process Data
All outreach generations request context from selected AI providers (OpenRouter, Google AI Studio, or GitHub Models cURL endpoints). We send your saved profile parameters alongside the LinkedIn post context to write emails. We do not sell or lease profile information to third parties.
3. GDPR & CCPA Compliance
Under GDPR and CCPA ciphers, you hold the right to request deletion of your account record, review stored lead logs, or download your data bank. Reach out to our Data Protection Officer at support@linkpilot.work to coordinate requests.
4. Cookies and Storage
We use browser local storage and cookies to maintain active login tokens and save theme configuration preferences. Disabling local storage inside browser settings will log you out from the dashboard.
